VIRTUAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

We are thrilled to announce that we have officially launched our Virtual Services Department! As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic has nudged us to generate innovative ways to continue serving our clients, their families, and the community at large. We are proud of the multitude of comprehensive programming that we have provided virtually over the past nine months. CFLS has secured laptops, tablets, hot spots, and other technology to equip our clients with the necessary tools to participate in ongoing virtual programming. With this investment, we are able to expand our service offerings virtually on a permanent basis. The ultimate goal is to serve our clients just as we would in person.

Here's How It Works:

1. Visit CFLS Website

Client visits www.cflsdc.org/book-online.

2. Book Services

Client will select a date and time to meet with their Case Manager to receive the desired services.

3. Zoom Details Delivered

The Zoom details will be emailed to Client once the appointment has been confirmed.

4. DocuSign Documents

Client will be directed to the relevant program webpage. Client will enter their email address to receive the required documents via DocuSign.

5. Virtual Services

Client will meet with their Case Manager via Zoom to receive services.
