Our new housing program (for up to six months) for reentry women with a history of substance use. Our programming offers a continuum of housing services from incarceration directly to emergency transitional housing. This housing program is designed to house, empower, and equip our reentry women who have a history of opioid use. This housing program will include wrap around services, case management, skill development, and supportive services. |

Our new six month transitional housing program for reentry women. Our programming offers a continuum of housing services from incarceration directly to transitional housing. This program will serve and house 12 individual women. This program will house, empower, and equip our reentry women who are returning home following a period of incarceration. The goal is to transition the women back to the community and prepare them to live on their own with supportive services to follow. Our housing program will include a bundle of services to support the women in residence. Some of these services include individual case management, skill development, individual substance abuse counseling, and other supportive services. CFLS also develops and maintains an extensive resource base for referrals to other programs and services in the community to meet any additional needs of the clients. |
